HAIBAZO Internship
00. Program

Overview

Program overview for ITS — an individual React e-commerce component library built with Atomic Design and run as Scrum.

ITS is an individual, hands-on internship in which each intern builds the React component library behind an e-commerce UI from the ground up. Rather than jumping straight to full pages, the work flows bottom-up with Atomic Design — Atoms → Molecules — every component documented in Storybook and verified against its Figma source. The whole program runs as Scrum: short, time-boxed sprints with planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, so the experience mirrors a real delivery team as closely as possible.

This section is the program handbook. Timeline breaks down the work and the ceremonies; Process describes how a single ticket travels from estimate to close.

Environment

Two tools cover the day-to-day work — the design and the project board.

Sprints

The program is planned over six sprints. Sprint 0 is a one-week kickoff — set up the environment, analyze the UI, and seed the backlog — and each following sprint is a two-week delivery cycle.
